提交投訴前重要須知

1.請(qǐng)?zhí)崆巴暾喿x產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)與 COA 質(zhì)檢報(bào)告，確認(rèn)全部實(shí)驗(yàn)操作嚴(yán)格遵循廠家的說(shuō)明執(zhí)行；

2.本表所有內(nèi)容需使用完整英文填寫(xiě)，包含品牌、貨號(hào)、批號(hào)、采購(gòu)單號(hào)、投訴原因、詳細(xì)實(shí)驗(yàn)步驟，信息空缺或填寫(xiě)不全將不予受理；

3.完整分步寫(xiě)明全部實(shí)驗(yàn)流程，含樣本處理、試劑用量、孵育時(shí)長(zhǎng)、溫度、儀器參數(shù)、收貨后產(chǎn)品儲(chǔ)存條件；

4.提交投訴前請(qǐng)自行排查，排除其他實(shí)驗(yàn)耗材、儀器、人為操作、儲(chǔ)存不當(dāng)?shù)韧獠恳蛩卦斐傻膶?shí)驗(yàn)異常；

5.填寫(xiě)完之后，請(qǐng)把文檔轉(zhuǎn)換成PDF格式，再提交我方工作人員；

6.表單提交后我方工作人員 1 個(gè)工作日內(nèi)對(duì)接跟進(jìn)，請(qǐng)保持通訊暢通，便于補(bǔ)充材料。

Important Notes Before Submitting Complaint

1.Please fully read the product manual and Certificate of Analysis (COA) in advance. Confirm all your experimental operations are strictly implemented in accordance with the manufacturer’s official instructions.

2.Fill in all information on this complaint form in complete English, including brand, catalog number, lot number, purchase order number, specific complaint causes and detailed experimental procedures. Blank or incomplete forms will not be accepted for review.

3.Write down full and step-by-step experimental procedures, including sample processing, reagent dosage, incubation time, temperature, instrument parameters and storage conditions of the product after receipt.

4.Before submitting the complaint, please complete troubleshooting to rule out interference caused by other experimental materials, consumables, instruments, operation errors or improper storage.

5.After completing the form, please convert the document to PDF format before submitting it to our staff；

6.After submitting the form, our relevant staff will follow up within 1 working day. Please keep your communication line unblocked for supplementary information collection.
